One of our favourite hangouts, Bentley Kitchen, started the new year with a fresh look and a revamped menu. Many of you will recognise Bentley Kitchen by its previous name, Bentley Bistro and Bar, the new name reflects the restaurants new focus, highlighting its social vibe, chic décor and appetizing new menu. Located in The Galleria, Al Maryah Island, guests can expect a cosy setting inside and a stylish al fresco veranda, boasting spanning waterside views.

Courtesy of Group Executive Chef, Praba Manickam, the new menu focuses on a selection of international flavours, whilst maintaining core favourites, such as the ‘Famous’ Bentley Burger and Lobster Thermidor. Guests will be pleased to learn that the range of succulent grills are still on the menu but with a few new additions. Bentley Kitchen has also introduced a selection of new sharing dishes such as bao buns, sliders and tacos.

We tried the new menu and would highly recommend the Steak Tartare, prime beef fillet, grape mustard and traditional condiments, Burrata Salad, slow cooked puy lentils, heirloom baby tomatoes, tomato and basil jam and the Bao Buns, served with fries these light and airy buns come in three options, soft shell crab, crispy chicken and meatballs. The new menu features a selection of mouth-watering dishes from Braised Lamb Shank, New Zealand Grass Fed Beef Back Ribs to Giant Tiger Prawns.

Starters range from AED 38 for the Seafood Chowder to AED 75 for the Steak Tartare, whilst mains vary from AED 65 for the Sliders to AED 260 for the Stockyard Australian 250 Day Grain-Fed Fillet, worth noting is the Butchers Board priced at AED 350 this sharing mixed grill platter is sure to leave you feeling satisfied.
